iPhone update screen frozen hang stuck problems

Case 1: iPhone 6 update screen frozen

Nicholas: I am using iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2. Days ago, I updated to iOS 9.3.2. Unfortunately, my iPhone 6 touchscreen is acting crazy. Sometimes the screen is unresponsive to what I touch. It hangs, it can’t slide, and other times it can’t unlock for 5-10 minutes. However, it works sometimes. The phone also open apps and games even nobody touch it. This happens just after I updated to iOS 9.3.2.

Solutions: Try to hard resets and reconfigured your iPhone. Check your touchscreen and make sure the screen protector (if you have one) is not the root cause. If you are using iPhone 6S or iPhone 6S Plus, adjust your settings for 3D Touch.
