Winterboard Not Working
There are a few things need to be done if your Winterboard is not working on iOS 9.0.2. First, you will need to update your mobile substrate to Cydia substrate to the newest version. Second, re-jailbreak your iOS 9.0.2 device again with Pangu iOS 9.0.2. Third, update Cydia to the latest version. Lastly, search for Winterboard and install it again.
